Project Management for non-Project Managers
"Wow! I've been doing projects but didn't think of them in that way..."
That statement came from an administrative assistant who attended a recent project management workshop. She found the workshop to be directly applicable to her role as a non-project manager.
As organizations continue to realize that project management is a key skill they need to develop, they also seem to be understanding that the need goes beyond just those with Project Manager on their business card.
To respond to this need the Institute has recently added and updated the following workshops:
Who in your organization is not a project manager, per se, yet would benefit from learning key project management concepts and skills? What sort of roles are they in?
Here's to your success in delivering projects today!

We are finding this to be true at our company as well. It's about time people outside of I.T. start understanding project management applies to them as well. The course for admins looks interesting.
