What is eLearning?

There are three primary components to our eLearning offerings:

• Workshops
• Pre/Post Workshop Materials
• Webcasts

Workshops

The Institute's eLearning workshops present the same content as our live workshops and keynotes, except that Andy isn't there in person. These Flash® movies play in your Web browser with high-quality audio synchronized with the animated slides. You purchase a license for individual training (non-floating license; one user only) accessed either online or on a CD. You can purchase a site license to have multiple users access the learning or to install the course on your Intranet for unlimited internal use.

Pre/Post Workshop Materials

Many of our live workshops and keynotes have online reinforcement modules available. This extends the learning by allowing you to review (and in many cases, be quizzed) on the material.

Webcasts

We regularly conduct webcasts on topics related to developing leaders and delivering results. 

The Institute's eLearning offerings can supplement your staff development plan by providing lower cost learning options, available when you are.
