"What are you thankful for?"
William L, Chicago
We are thankful for being alive, having relatively good health, a warm home and each other, though most especially for living in the greatest nation and strongest country on earth today where we as a people have the most freedom from want, the ability and most opportunity to do and achieve what ever you want, and where it is expected that the future for our children will be brighter than ours.
Bruce, Merrimack, New Hampshire
I feel so blessed it is hard to narrow down the list.
I am thankful first of all for the love of my Heavenly Father who freely gave His son to die in my place. I am thankful for Jesus willingly taking the punishment that I so deserved. I am thankful for a loving wife and two daughters who bring me more joy than I can express. I am thankful for daily shelter, provision and clothing. I am thankful for my job, including all of the daily challenges that, in the grand scheme of things, are making me a stronger person and leader. I am thankful for a free country where I can freely worship, speak, associate and travel. I am thankful for good health, not only for myself but my family as well. I am thankful for the love of extended family. I am thankful for ..(to be continued offline!)

Ron Bieber, Woodstock, IL
I am deeply thankful for my wife, who it took me so long to find, and our kids. I am thankful for the great people I work with and the opportunities that I have received in life, in spite of myself. I am also thankful for all of the friends and family that I have been privileged to have as part of my life.
Im Yong Park, Republic Of Korea
I love the Bible best in this world. For it can comfort me for all my troubles. But in the Bible Jesus said,"...take up his cross daily..." So I felt 'his cross' was so heavy and tough for me.
But finally I have found the key through king David's psalm. Psalms 69:19 says " Praise be to the Lord, to God our savior, who daily bears our burdens."
God bears our Daily cross, our burden for me. How thankful He is!
Terri, Roselle, IL
I am so very thankful that I have good health (so far) and am able to enjoy my life without any physical limitations.
I also am thankful for the cherished memories I will always hold dear to my heart of the great times I had with my family when we were "one." I am thankful for the wonderful parents that God gave me to teach me good morals and values and the special friends I have made through the years. Also I thank God for the strength he has given me to be able to get through some "tough times" when it was necessary.
David Hanna, Deerfield, IL. USA

Esteban Rodriguez, Chicago, Illinois, USA
My family, especially my wife and kids, and the fact my kids have grandparents they can experience (I personally never new my grandparents. Most were deceased before I was born).
Sean, River Forest, Illinois, USA
That I have a job in these hard times in America, my parents support me no
matter what I do, I learn from those I love every day and I have a roof over my
head.
